Built around one question: has anyone here contacted this person recently?

Two consultants approach the same candidate in the same week because each can only see their own notes. Aksava ATS records every interaction, whether an email, a call, a WhatsApp message, an InMail or a note, against the candidate and for the whole organization, so last contact is a firm-level fact rather than a personal memory.

Pipeline state lives next to it: which jobs a candidate is on, which stage they reached, who moved them and when, with the full history kept rather than overwritten.

Aksava ATS is multi-tenant by design. Isolation is enforced in the database, not only in the application, and platform administration is explicit and separately audited.

Tenant isolation

Every row is owned by an organization and protected by Postgres Row Level Security, with a second authorization check in the application. The database refuses a cross-tenant read or write even when the application is wrong.

Audit trail

Role changes, approvals, stage moves and record edits write an audit row in the same transaction as the change itself.
